Greg Lilles is a senior family lawyer with more than 25 years of experience practicing in family law throughout British Columbia. Greg is widely recognized for his ability to navigate complex and high-conflict matters with skill, professionalism, and compassion.

Greg’s practice encompasses the full spectrum of family law, including divorce, property division, child and spousal support, and parenting arrangements. As a seasoned litigator, he has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia, advocating for his clients with clarity and determination. At the same time, he is deeply committed to out-of-court resolution and is trained, accredited, and experienced as a collaborative family law professional, mediator, arbitrator, and parenting coordinator. This breadth of expertise allows him to tailor his approach to meet the unique needs of each family, whether through litigation, negotiation, or alternative dispute resolution.

Jane Clasby
Senior Family Lawyer, Mediator & Collaborative Professional
With over three decades of experience in litigation, Jane has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia, including the Court of Appeal, Supreme Court, and Provincial Court. As a senior family lawyer, she brings extensive expertise in both complex family litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

A trained Collaborative Lawyer and accredited Family Law Mediator, Jane is committed to reducing conflict and helping families reach positive, sustainable resolutions that prioritize the best interests of everyone involved. In her role as mediator, she acts as a neutral professional to guide couples through the resolution process, with or without legal representation.
​
In or out of the courtroom, with her extensive knowledge of the law, Jane offers experienced support to families navigating separation and divorce. She adopts a client-centered, cost-effective approach, combining her legal expertise with a deep understanding of the emotional and financial complexities of family transitions. Jane works closely with clients to resolve all issues related to their separation including parenting arrangements, support, and property division. She also has specialized experience drafting Separation, Cohabitation, and Marriage Agreements, and provides independent legal advice on negotiated settlements. Jane offers full representation as well as unbundled legal services.

Jane serves as Co-Chair of Collaborative Divorce Vancouver (CDV) and is a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals and the Canadian Bar Association (Family Law Subsection). She volunteers as a mediator and lawyer with Access Pro Bono Vancouver and the Collaborative Roster Society.

Outside her practice, Jane is a proud mother of three and enjoys boating, tennis, and slow runs with her dog. She actively volunteers with various community organizations including the Princess Louisa Inlet Society and Tennis BC.
