We represent clients on a sliding scale contingency fee basis, which means our legal fees are a percentage of the amount we obtain for our clients.  This means we don’t get paid unless you do, which means our clients don’t need to worry about legal fees along the way.  We also cover the cost of disbursements throughout the process, which again means our clients do not have to pay for out of pocket costs until their claim is finalized.  We would be happy to explain this type of fee arrangement in more detail with you.

 

Family Law

 

We bill our clients on an hourly basis for this work, but in many cases we don’t bill for our time until our clients have the means to pay for our services, whether that be at the end of the process or otherwise.
